Armando Woodson of Expert Garage Door Service sets the standard for excellence in Garage Door Repair and Replacement. Responsiveness both in terms of initial appointment to responding quickly to all my questions. He is definitely on the leader board. At the initial visit he pointed out that my existing door (though beyond repair) had extra duty hardware and then he pulled out his color swatches to see what matched my current door. This was important because a change in color would mean having to submit an application w/ samples to the HOA Architectural Review Board which could take weeks. Then he checked to see if that particular colored door was in stock. Check! Finally his quote was very competitive and included an extended warranty and complimentary check up in one year. Now the kicker - he installed the door one day after being awarded the business! This was icing on the cake since he accommodated my travel schedule. Armand was exceptional!  Our garage door spring broke at 8pm and I called to leave a voicemail—thinking I wouldn’t hear back until the next day….but he got right back to me and we confirmed an appt for 8am that next morning!   He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, talked us through everyone and didn’t try to push extras. Very, very fair and honest. He went above and beyond to address our broken remote as well—and a sensor issue on our other garage door that worked but you had to hold the button down the entire time to close it.
